I sold this receiver in December 2009 and had it professionally installed. Within 3 month however it wouldn't work any further. I contacted Amazon and so they referred me to the producer because the return window had already closed. It took me over a month to eventually get a return authorization code that I needed to have to come back the obtainr for restore. I acquired the money order they wanted to pay for the transport costs from their finish, shipped it out alone costs, and, acquired it again the day past (after three weeks), with the no longere that no defect was once discovered. So, I went again to get it reinstalled, and, guess what, still not working. It receives energy but that's it. By now I had the fees of the product (plus s&h) and an extra $50.- for the prices to get it repaired, and still no working product. The producer's warranty that Amazon refers to obviously isn't price anything else, as it's necessary to pay all of the s&h, which is in a position to get very dear. So now I am stuck with having paid over $300.- for a obtainr that simplest worked for 3 month, and must buy any other receiver (which I will NOT buy through Amazon as a result of their disastrous return policy).
